What Will Make You Successful In The RoleThe primary purpose of this position is to prepare information to evaluate business performance and to support strategic business decisions.
What Will You Do- Work with various stakeholders to develop methodologies and comprehensive reports to improve operational requirements.
- Compile and submit data from external systems to Head office.
- Manage, validate, and review financial data to provide business intelligence and information to divisional heads for Board and operational meetings.
- Collate and report regulatory and statutory data to Head Office monthly and quarterly.
- Input budgets annually and engage with business to re-forecast budgets.
- Perform reconciliations to ensure a high quality of financial reporting.
- Assist management with Adhoc financial projects and audit requests.
Qualifications And Experience- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Intermediate Excel knowledge
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial support position.
- Knowledge of data analysis
- Knowledge of reporting of financial systems
Knowledge And Skills- Analytical skills: ability to take large volumes of data, gather information, analyze, solve problems, find efficient ways to complete tasks, and make decisions.
- Numeracy Skills: understanding relationships between numbers, visual perception of information, interpreting mathematical information, understanding trends, calculation skills, working with graphical information, measurement.
