Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones

Maintain organized digital filing systems and update CRM data

2+ years in an administrative, operations, or executive support role (remote or in-person)
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to juggle multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines without micromanagement
Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task/project software
Attention to detail, follow-through, and discretion with confidential information
Fluent English and a professional, service-oriented demeanor
