CORE PURPOSE OF JOB
To lecture at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conduct and publish research within the disciplines of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management. To supervise postgraduate students, deal with administrative work, and co-ordinate the Master of Commerce Employee Relations and Human Resources programme.
