A data & AI training company based in South Africa seeks a full-time inbound sales professional. The role involves managing a high volume of warm leads, guiding prospective applicants through the enrollment process, and achieving monthly targets. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in admissions or consultative sales and are detail-oriented and process-driven. This position offers competitive compensation of Rand 30k-40k per month plus uncapped commission. Training is provided within a hybrid work environment.

This is a full‑cycle inbound sales role. You'll manage a busy pipeline of warm applicants — people who've already raised their hand — and guide them from first conversation to enrolled learner. This pipeline involves working with both individual learners and their companies, and so contains elements of B2B and B2C sales.
Speed, accuracy, and empathy are key.
This is high-volume, high‑pace work. On a typical day you might make 50-60 dials, run 10 video calls, and send a stack of emails and WhatsApps. If that sounds exhausting, this isn't for you. If it sounds energising, keep reading.

Rand 30k-40k per month CTC, 12 cheques per year (depending on experience)
Realistic monthly commission of R30k-R40k in Year 1 (uncapped)
Our office is in Riverlands Mall. We value office culture and look for people to join us a few days a week to learn and collaborate, with remote flexibility the rest of the week.
Unrestricted right to work in the South AFrica required. We cannot offer visa sponsorship. We do not yet currently have a permanent entity so our South African opportunities are as contractors for now.
