Job summary
A dynamic recruitment agency is seeking a Fleet Controller in Bloemfontein, South Africa. The chosen candidate will manage vehicle movements, support drivers, and ensure operational efficiency within a privately owned transport company. Responsibilities include coordinating precisely and responding to challenges under pressure. Candidates must have a Matric, be fluent in Afrikaans and English, and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Remuneration ranges between R20,000 and R23,000 CTC depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience as a Fleet Controller is advantageous but not required.
- Basic understanding of transport regulations and route planning.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts and long hours.
- Responds to constructive feedback with maturity and willingness to improve.

- Matric
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

- Experience as a Fleet Controller (ADVANTAGEOUS but not required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Basic understanding of transport regulations and route planning
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts and long hours
- Responds to constructive feedback with maturity and willingness to improve
