Low-Code Systems Developer

MSA Outsourcing Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled Low-Code Developer to join our London based team.

As a Low-Code Developer, you will be responsible for driving development of our low-code platforms to meet the needs of the business and end users.

During the implementation of our new cloud-based software, you will work closely with teams across the company to implement, test, and deploy software solutions that will streamline our processes and transform our way of working. Long term, you will play a key role in providing technical support within our company to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, as well as providing assistance and guidance to end users. Also, ensuring the new system is maintained and optimized post-implementation to ensure its reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the project team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using industry best practices.
3. Consider and navigate data flows, endpoints, and APIs across multiple systems to ensure seamless integration.
4. Integrate systems using custom or pre-existing APIs.
5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards.
6. Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in software development.
8. Maintain and manage internal IT systems.
9. Problem-solving pain points relating to quick growth.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience with low-code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, or Microsoft PowerApps.
2. 2+ years of experience working with JavaScript or similar code and various API interfaces (such as REST & Middleware).
3. Proficiency with detailed formulas.
4. Experience understanding complex processes, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry.
5. Comfortable working with data and performing data analysis.
6. Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Good knowledge of Google Workspace and general IT infrastructure.
10. Understanding of Agile development practices.
