The Spa Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and guests visiting the spa. This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all spa visitors. The Spa Receptionist must be friendly, well-organized, and possess excellent communication skills to handle client inquiries and assist with scheduling appointments effectively.

1. Matric
2. Hospitality Qualification or Similar
3. 1 – 2 Years Receptionist experience
4. Strong Computer Literacy skills in terms of MS Office and a reputable PMS (Protel)
5. Hands-on Problem-Solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure and take control of incidents and investigations
6. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
7. Honest and trustworthy beyond approach
8. Great attention to detail
9. Presentable and well spoken
10. Team Player who leads by example
11. Ability to work shifts
12. Ability to remain highly confidential and be able to treat sensitive information with the highest level of diplomacy
