Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations.

  1. Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or departments.
  2. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  4. Maintain office files, records, and databases, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
  5. Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  6. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  7. Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and conferences.
  8. Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking.
  9. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  10. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings.
  11. Liaise with clients, handle general inquiries, and provide administrative support for client-facing teams.
  12. Act as the point of contact for product suppliers and assist with general vendor-related queries.
  13. Handle and process application forms for investments, medical funds, and life products, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
  1. Preferably experience in investment management practice.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks.
  7. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
