Work you’ll do

• Participate in project teams, providing financial risk advisory services to a diverse client base.
• Perform day-to-day project delivery in the area of financial risk management (market and liquidity risk, etc).
• Familiarize with financial industry regulation in Indonesia, e.g.: Peraturan Bank Indonesia, OJK, and other relevant regulations.
• Engage with clients or target management during meetings and assist in preparing client presentations.
• Prepare documentation related to client engagements, working papers, and report/project deliverables.
• Assist leadership team on business development purposes through preparing proposals, thought leadership, pitch decks and other go-to market materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Math/IT/Information System/Accounting/Finance from a reputable university, either local or overseas. A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily tasks.
• Proficiency in programming: python, VB, R, SAS is preferred.
• Familiarity with the following regulatory framework is a plus: risk-weighted asset (RWA), Fundamental Review of Trading Book (FRTB), Interest Rate Risk in Banking Book (IRRBB), Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), etc.
• Advanced skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential. Candidates should be adept in report writing, correspondence, and delivering presentations.
• Strong commitment to perform and deliver in a challenging professional environment. Candidates must be able to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.
