Senior PHP Developer (PHP + Symfony + Angular)

We are seeking a talented and experienced PHP Web Developer to join our team. As a PHP Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PHP Symfony projects with Angular frontend. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, debug, and document applications to satisfy business requirements of projects.
Provide technical consultation to the Business/System Analyst and Project Manager for developing new systems or enhancing existing ones to support the business.
Analyze and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements for development, and create high-level technical architecture, design documents, and technical specifications, in accordance with best practices and standards.
Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend implementations.
Work with team members to estimate timelines, define project plans, and delegate tasks.
Ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.
Periodically perform code reviews.
Work with Technical Architect to realize technical concepts.
Provide guidance to junior team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Must have experience in:

PHP with a strong understanding of its frameworks and libraries.
Symfony for building robust and scalable web applications.
Angular with the ability to develop dynamic and responsive front-end applications.

Strong proficiency in or open and eager to learn TypeScript; experience with Node.js and React would be a benefit.

Experience working with RESTful APIs.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.

Ability to work under tight deadlines; independent, self-disciplined, self-organized, and able to learn and work under minimum supervision.

This job demands flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment with customer-driven projects. The candidates are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in the EU regularly.
