Supply Chain Sr Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing demand and supply to resolve AOS issues.
• Identify opportunities and risks as well as provide regular updates to the management team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute to meet the revenue target.
• Lead the Weekly Revenue meeting.
• Digitize Processes and Reports: Ensure timely reporting.
• Execute management direction for programs related to important business operations to meet strategic goals within the defined timeline.
• Collaborate with various parties to manage LLMs, OTA/OTD/CRD, and revenue, both internally (CM and Engineering team) and externally.
• Work collaboratively with others to create “1+1=3” opportunities.
• Represent the assigned COE to communicate and manage upward and downward information flow within its own team or cross-functional team to achieve plans and objectives.
• Focal escalation to effectively solve problems, remove barriers, and drive efficiencies to meet business toplines, inventory optimizations, or deliverables as stated in any assigned tasks.
• Facilitate weekly CMAM Shipment/LLM meetings with OF, Engineering team, and CM to ensure all engineering, AOS, and material issues are followed up on and risks are reduced.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree or equivalent. Typically, 5+ years of relevant experience for entry to this level. Added advantage with PMP/project management skill.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with business acumen to drive for business results.
• Strong leadership skills with a sense of urgency, accountability & ownership, high energy, and enthusiasm even under dynamic conditions.
• Proactive and apply outside-in knowledge as well as proactively act upon opportunities and challenges to bring results for the organization.
