The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical finance analyst to drive financial planning, investment strategies, and business growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our company’s financial direction, evaluating expansion opportunities, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background, experience in financial modelling, and a keen understanding of market dynamics to support the company’s expansion and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance & Financial Planning

1. Develop and execute financial models to assess business performance, investment opportunities, and capital allocation.
2. Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making.
3. Analyze funding options, capital structuring, and financing strategies for business expansion.
4. Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and board materials for fundraising discussions.
5. Manage financial due diligence for M&A, partnerships, and new ventures.

Business Strategy & Expansion

1. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
2. Support expansion plans, including feasibility studies for new locations, partnerships, and JVs.
3. Evaluate new revenue streams, business models, and ROI with cross-functional teams.
4. Optimize pricing strategies, cost efficiencies, and overall profitability with data-driven insights.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

1. Monitor key financial & operational KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
2. Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. forecasted financial performance.
3. Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting & compliance.
4. Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial projections and risk assessments.

Risk Management & Compliance

1. Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2. Ensure regulatory compliance, tax laws, and corporate governance adherence.
3. Assess financial and operational risks associated with new projects and business ventures.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CFA, ACCA, or CPA is a plus.
2. 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, financial planning, or strategy.
3. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis skills.
4. Proven experience in capital structuring, fundraising, and financial planning.
5. Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
6. Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
8. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. A proactive, self-starter who thrives under tight deadlines.
