Persyaratan:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience.
3. Mandatory: Mastery of Sunfish Payroll System (GreatDay).
4. Proven ability in Training & Development (TNA).
5. Strong understanding of the entire employee recruitment process.
6. In-depth knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan / Ketenagakerjaan, and Labor Regulations.
7. Expertise in salary and overtime calculation.
8. Proficiency in HR administration (attendance tracking, employee relations).
9. Experience in handling ISO 14001, FSSC v6, and SMETA audits.

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and payroll.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
3. Manage employee attendance and maintain accurate HR records.
4. Conduct HR audits and assist in maintaining ISO certifications.
5. Organize and execute HR-related events.
