- Design and implement a fair and competitive remuneration structure both internally and externally based on salary surveys, job evaluations, and employee performance assessments to ensure employees receive equitable and competitive compensation.
- Lead the implementation of HRIS projects and establish centralized services to transform human resource functions into a more efficient, effective, and data-driven system while enhancing service quality for employees.
- Manage all aspects of the payroll process, from calculation to payment, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations, while optimizing HRIS utilization to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster harmonious industrial relations through open communication and constructive dialogue, as well as conduct training for employees and management regarding company regulations.
- Facilitate the resolution of industrial relations conflicts through appropriate mechanisms to maintain corporate industrial stability.
- Plan, organize, and execute engaging and innovative employee events to reinforce corporate culture based on the Company’s Core Values and Leadership Traits (CVLT), enhance employee morale, strengthen inter-employee relationships, and encourage active participation in various company activities.
