HR - Legal Specialist

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. At least 2-3 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in the manufacturing sector or related industries.
3. Experience in handling business contracts, procurement agreements, and legal relationships between the company and suppliers, distributors, and customers.
4. Experience in providing legal advice on compliance with government regulations, industry legislation, and environmental regulations.
5. Knowledge of the legal system/regulations in Indonesia, with an understanding of relevant international regulations.
6. Experience in handling company permits and familiar with OSS and other government applications.
7. Proficient in English communication skills.
8. Willing to be placed in Demak, Central Java.
