Responsibilities:

• Managing/supervising recruitment process.
• Managing/supervising evaluating system.
• Supporting internal relations.
• Managing training system.
• Supporting the job of GA/HR Manager.

Requirements:

• Min D3 or above in any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience at a Japanese Manufacturing company as HR Section Chief or Assistant Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of labour law and business law.
• Excellent coordination skills with other sections, subordinates, managers, and expatriates.
• Experience in a Japanese Manufacturing company.
