Job description

Responsible

  1. Support locations manpower planning requirement and oversee recruitment of all outlets to fill any manpower shortfall.
  2. Deal with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass matters including submission of EP/S/WP passes and renewals.
  3. Manage staff annual leave and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  4. Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with legal requirements.
  5. Maintain employee records including leave recording and employee relations activities.
  6. Ensure HR databases are updated (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
  7. Assist in payroll preparation by providing data, like absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  8. Provide orientations for new staff hiring and explain company policies.
  9. Perform administrative duties and manage daily HR operations.
  10. Support ad hoc projects as necessary.

Requirement

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  2. Candidate experience with the beauty/retail industry is mandatory.
  3. Proven work experience as HR administrator, senior, or manager.
  4. Knowledge of MOM regulations and employment laws.
  5. Excellent organization and time-management skills.
  6. Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  7. Positive, motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  10. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  11. Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
