HR Manager

About the role

We are a multinational financing company that is currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, people development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in supporting the company's growth and ensuring a positive employee experience.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to people development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues
• Continuously review and improve HR processes and practices to enhance the employee experience

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a HR management role, preferably in the finance industry
• Thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations including regulations related to OJK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation
• Proficient in HR data analysis and using HR information systems
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
