HR & GA Staff (Cianjur & Cirebon)

• Monitor all HR processes related to DC employees (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance) and General Affair.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties related to the needs of DC employees.
• Responsible for DC personnel recruitment process (PKWT, PKWTT, Work Agreement).
• Manage & track for turnover employee.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or related major with min. GPA 3.00.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as HR & GA Staff.
• Experience as an HR generalist or related position is a plus point.
• Experience in handling external affairs (related to labor) is a plus point.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Familiar with HRIS system.
• Willing to be placed in Cianjur & Cirebon area.
