Job description

Responsible for managing and integrating three key areas of the company: legal affairs (Legal), compensation and benefits (Comben), and operational activities related to facilities and logistics (GA). The Manager of Legal, Comben, and GA must ensure that all legal aspects of the company, employee welfare, and company operations run smoothly, effectively, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for and coordinating General Affair:

  • Facility Management: Manage and ensure that office and warehouse facilities are in good and safe condition, including building maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Logistics: Manage the procurement of goods and services needed to support the company’s operations, including office supplies and skincare products.
  • Employee Management: Provide facilities and employee needs, such as operational vehicles and work-related equipment (laptops, uniforms, office supplies, etc.).

Legal:

Responsible for and coordinating legal aspects:

  • Legal Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the cosmetics/skincare industry, intellectual property, and consumer protection.
  • Agreements and Contracts: Draft, review, and manage contracts with third parties, such as suppliers, distributors, and other business partners.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Handle legal issues that arise, including disputes with customers, suppliers, or external parties, and manage the litigation process if necessary.
  • Legal Consultation: Provide legal advice to management and relevant departments regarding company regulations, policies, and other legal matters.
  • HR Legal: Draft company regulations, manage company licensing, legal identity, articles of association, and other legal documents.
    • Evaluate and formulate organizational policies in accordance with labor regulations.
    • Ensure employee rights and company rights are met.
    • Work with the government regarding labor regulations.
    • Manage company permits, company documents, employment matters, and company-employee contracts.
    • Draft and review internal and external company agreements.
    • Perform reporting tasks to government agencies.
  • Compensation and Benefit Management: Manage the company's salary and benefits structure, ensuring fair and competitive compensation policies, including bonuses, incentives, and other benefits.
  • Employee Welfare: Develop and implement employee welfare programs to enhance motivation and job satisfaction.
  • Policy Development: Draft policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits in accordance with applicable regulations and company needs.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct market analysis related to compensation and benefits, and prepare reports on compensation cost components and expenditures.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Manager in General Affair, Legal, and Compensation & Benefit (Comben), preferably with experience in the Beauty/FMCG/Fashion Industry.
  • Comprehensive and proven HR experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment (experience in a startup organization).
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively, result-oriented.
  • Able to join immediately.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in corporate law, agreements, and regulations related to the cosmetics industry.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Skilled in negotiation and dispute resolution.
    • In-depth understanding of compensation and benefits management.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
    • Knowledge of legal software and document management.
