The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, advanced skills in MS Word and Excel, and must communicate fluently in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate data entry, handling administrative tasks, and fostering positive relationships with staff and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel, especially with calculation formulas.

Responsabilités

• Enter JCLEC alumni data from physical and digital files into the main database.
• Check accuracy and completeness of data before and after input.
• Perform minor administrative tasks related to data.
• Contribute to the effectiveness of JCLEC.
• Maintain effective relationships with JCLEC visitors and community.
