We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Executive specializing in Sales Data Analysis to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, enabling the sales team to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources (CRM systems, ERP, POS, etc.).
2. Identify sales trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
3. Generate regular sales reports and dashboards for management and sales teams.
4. Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies, customer targeting, and product performance.
5. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor performance.
6. Support the development of competitive sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
7. Track and evaluate sales team performance against KPIs.
8. Recommend process improvements or training to enhance sales productivity.
9. Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on goals and strategies.
10. Assist in setting sales targets and forecasting future sales performance.
11. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales data in the system.
12. Manage data cleansing and updating efforts to maintain a reliable database.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales analysis, data analytics, or a similar role in FMCG/Retail.
• Proven fluency in English both spoken and written; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and database management.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Has a passion for companion animals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
• Following the latest trends and developments in the field of Pet food is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Able to join immediately with WFO arrangement in CBC (Cengkareng Business City), Tangerang.
