• Solution Development: Build and enhance internal tools usingTypeScript/JavaScript.
• Database Management: Troubleshoot and optimize MongoDB databases.
• Automation & Workflows: Automate tasks and integrate systems using Retool, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• System Support: Provide Linux-based troubleshooting and support for infrastructure issues.
• Data Analysis: Leverage advanced spreadsheet functions (Google Sheets, Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Business Intelligence: Design and manage dashboards and reports using Looker, Google Data Studio, or BI tools like PowerBI/Metabase.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges.

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Data Engineer to join our Support Engineering team. You’ll excel in this role if you have:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with MongoDB.
• Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Retool, Zapier, Make, or n8n to automate workflows and integrate systems.
• System Support Knowledge: A basic understanding of Linux for troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
• Data Analysis Mastery: Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel) for data manipulation and reporting.
• Business Intelligence: Experience with BI tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Metabase for creating dashboards and reports.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
