Reinsurance Analyst

Analyze data related to reinsurance policies and claims to assess risks and benefits.

Develop and maintain analytical models for financial projections and performance evaluation of reinsurance.

Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding analysis results and strategic recommendations.

Coordinate with brokers and reinsurers to facilitate agreements and transactions.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing reinsurance programs.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the reinsurance industry.

Implement and maintain data tracking systems for reinsurance-related information.

Provide support in the underwriting and risk assessment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of reinsurance products and related regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other modeling tools).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
