Senior Data Analyst

ZettaByte Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead and drive data initiatives that directly support the development on the platform. You will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights to guide strategic decisions. You should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with global stakeholders, including both on-site and remote teams.

Responsibilities

1. Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform product and business decisions
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and deliver data-driven solutions
3. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
4. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across multiple systems
5. Translate business needs into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes
6. Support decision-making processes through timely and relevant data analysis
7. Engage with global teams, including French-speaking clients and partners

Requirements

1. Professional proficiency in French (spoken and written) is required
2. Excellent communication skills in English
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a technology or digital product environment
4. Proficient in SQL, Excel, Spreadsheet, and data visualization (such as Power BI)
5. Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
