YUXI JAYATAMA is a Multi-Channel Network (MCN) company under the Sands Group Indonesia with 9 business units such as Oppo, J&T Express, J&T Cargo, Y.O.U, Makuku, Olike, Jet Commerce, Fullmoon, Tomoro Cafe.

We provide services for brands in marketing planning, promotion, brand awareness, campaign, and assisting in finding the right creators for brands.

In less than 1 year, YUXI has achieved several significant milestones, such as being the number 1 MCN in the Mom and Baby category on TikTok, and a TOP 3 MCN on TikTok, as well as a Shopee MCN Partner from October 2023 until now.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, and offering).
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
3. Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
4. Manage onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
5. Support General Affairs tasks such as office supplies management, facility maintenance, and company asset monitoring.
6. Assist in HR administrative tasks such as attendance, employee data, and document filing.
7. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Law or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
3. Able to speak English is a must.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
7. Able to work independently and in a team.
