HR Representative

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and payroll
3. Proficient in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
5. Willing to be based in Bintaro (South Tangerang) and mobile to Cileungsi (Kab. Bogor) when needed

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Process – Sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process
2. Payroll Administration – Processing payroll accurately and ensuring compliance
3. HR Data Management – Maintaining and updating employee records
4. Employee Support – Assisting with HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks
