Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, administration, management, psychology, and related fields.
Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources.
Experience handling HR Operations, Human Capital Implementation, Training and Development, Manpower Planning, HR Administration, Performance Management, and General Affairs.
High proficiency in computer applications, such as Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, and Ms. Excel.
Good communication and presentation skills.
High proficiency in English is preferable.
Previous experience working independently or with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.

Oversee and manage performance appraisal, training management, and employee events.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure all documents are stored in safe locations and in good working order.
