Job description
  • To execute human resources functions encompassing recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee records, training and development.
  • Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Jamsostek).
  • To manage and report PPH 21 & 26.
  • To liaise with relevant government departments on licenses and permits renewal.
  • To handle tasks relating to office administration and purchasing.
  • To manage employee general paperwork documents such as foreigner worker (Visa, Kitas, Passpor, etc).
  • To manage the work environment such as building utilities, company facilities, parking, stationery, and other GA tasks.
  • To coordinate and update documents relating to ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS for Surveillance and Recertification audits.
  • To monitor and update related reports for submission to management.
  • To execute any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Possess a Diploma, Advance / Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia in both oral and written.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of human resources and administration experience in a similar capacity.
  • Well versed with local labour laws and experience in liaison with related government departments.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-disciplined with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet tight schedule deadlines.
  • Possess a pleasant personality and able to communicate with all levels.
