To execute human resources functions encompassing recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee records, training and development.
Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Jamsostek).
To manage and report PPH 21 & 26.
To liaise with relevant government departments on licenses and permits renewal.
To handle tasks relating to office administration and purchasing.
To manage employee general paperwork documents such as foreigner worker (Visa, Kitas, Passpor, etc).
To manage the work environment such as building utilities, company facilities, parking, stationery, and other GA tasks.
To coordinate and update documents relating to ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS for Surveillance and Recertification audits.
To monitor and update related reports for submission to management.
To execute any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements :
Possess a Diploma, Advance / Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Good command of English and Bahasa Indonesia in both oral and written.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Minimum 1-2 years of human resources and administration experience in a similar capacity.
Well versed with local labour laws and experience in liaison with related government departments.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-disciplined with the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision and meet tight schedule deadlines.
Possess a pleasant personality and able to communicate with all levels.
