Recruitment & Branding: Manage recruitment processes, build employer branding, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Attendance & Compliance: Monitor attendance, manage BPJS registration, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Performance & OKR Monitoring: Track and report on OKR progress and key performance metrics.
Employee Relations: Provide emotional and professional support, handle grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
Streamer Scheduling: Schedule and monitor streamer shifts, ensuring operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
