Charterhouse are working with an established Real Estate company that has been operating in the UAE for over a decade. They have a big presence in their field and a strong brand name and reputation. They are looking for a Head of IT with experience working in a real estate environment.

The Head of IT will liaise with multiple departments across the business and report to the Chief of Operations. This role will be viewed as the IT specialist, focusing on using and promoting the best technology and practices within the organisation. The Head of IT will sit within the senior leadership team and will be involved in meetings to develop and implement IT strategy across the business, allowing the company to achieve its goals. As the IT specialist, this role will have a team that will need to be mentored to achieve the best results.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in an IT role or similar field. They are looking for someone who has previously worked within the real estate environment. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, our client requires the candidate to have exposure to multiple areas including IT Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Software, Digital Transformation, Automation, Enterprise Systems, or related sectors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong negotiation skills. To be successful in this Head of IT role, the candidate will need to be organised and have the ability to communicate effectively.
