A construction management firm is seeking a Data Construction Analyst (Power BI) based in Dubai. The role involves managing Power BI dashboards for project performance, integrating data for insightful reporting, and collaborating with various project teams. Candidates should have ERP software experience, hands-on skills with construction management tools, and good IT and Excel capabilities. This opportunity offers an impactful role in an iconic building project in Dubai, starting before mid-January 2026.

Based on site in Dubai, our client is seeking a Data Construction Analyst (Power BI).
Do you have experience handling data on construction projects from costs, schedules, materials, safety, workforce, equipment, etc., to create insights that help project managers and executives make decisions? You will be managing and maintaining the Power BI dashboards for project performance and reporting.
- Manage and maintain Power BI dashboards for project cost tracking, schedule performance (Gantt, milestones, critical path metrics), budget vs actuals, resource and equipment utilization, and safety KPIs (TRIR, incidents, compliance).
- Integrate data, perform analysis, and collaborate with and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work with the project controls, planning, finance & administration team to support decision making.
