Job Overview: We are looking for motivated, self-driven sales representatives to join our team on a commission-only basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong sales background who are eager to earn unlimited income. Our product and service is an easy sell. Due to fire code, insurance requirement and public safety, every business requires fire extinguishers.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, email/online marketing, and referrals.
2. Educate potential clients on fire safety compliance and the importance of fire extinguisher maintenance.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, property managers, and homeowners.
4. Close sales and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in sales (B2B, B2C, or field sales preferred).
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Experience in the fire protection industry is a plus but not required.
