Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking a variety of breads while ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of breads, and other baked goods.
• Follow recipes and standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to produce perfect results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure all products meet food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Assist in inventory management, including stocking and ordering baking supplies.
• Assist with customer service when needed, including taking orders and answering inquiries.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bakery role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
