We are seeking a talented and passionate Baker to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Baker you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of high-quality baked goods ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

• Prepare and bake a diverse range of breads pastries cakes and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistent product quality
• Monitor baking processes and adjust oven temperatures or baking times as needed
• Decorate baked goods with precision and creativity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
• Develop and test new recipes to expand our product offerings
• Respond to customer feedback and special requests in a timely manner
• Stay updated on baking trends and techniques to continually improve skills and product quality

• Proven experience as a Baker in a commercial setting with strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment
• Passion for baking and creating high-quality products with creativity in developing new items
• Excellent attention to detail ability to follow recipes precisely and basic math skills for measurements
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts weekends and holidays as needed
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification is a plus
