We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Executive to sell MaxRank Pro's SEO services to real estate companies in the UAE and Dubai. Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy & Execution :
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.
3. Pitch and sell MaxRank Pro’s SEO services to real estate companies in Dubai and the wider UAE market.
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring high conversion rates.
5. Client Relationship Management :
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
7. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to drive results for their SEO and digital marketing strategies.
8. Digital Marketing Knowledge :
9. Leverage SEO best practices and digital marketing tools to advise clients on how MaxRank Pro’s services can improve their online presence.
10. Stay up to date with SEO trends, digital marketing developments, and the latest industry practices.
11. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
12. Report on sales performance and lead generation metrics to senior management.

Key Requirements :

1. Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
2. Experience in SEO and digital marketing is preferred.
3. Experience in real estate sales or marketing is a bonus but not essential.
4. Skills :
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
8. Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE is advantageous.
