Office Assistant Data Entry Operator Jobs in UAE

The role involves accurate data entry, maintaining records, ensuring confidentiality, and requires excellent typing and organizational skills.

Perform accurate data entry in S4 HANA SAP, generate reports, and support data management in the foundry industry with strong organizational skills.

Maintain and update databases, input data accurately, verify information, and ensure data integrity using data processing software and tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operations and back office processing with a focus on data entry.
  2. Gather and organize data, create spreadsheets, ensure data accuracy.
  3. Accurately input and maintain data, verify accuracy, generate reports.
  4. Responsible for data entry, document filing, and providing administrative support.
  5. Manage large datasets with accuracy, implement best practices, conduct audits.
  6. Collaborate with team members and train new staff.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  2. Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Data entry experience.
