Job Title : Senior Security Engineer (RA Offshore) in India

Job Purpose

Maintains smooth operation for Bank's IBG IT security appliances/services. Duties include security controls administration, maintaining documentation, tuning, and troubleshooting for security appliances/services performance. Enabling security service for the business operations. Ensuring smooth security operations of all IBG security controls and enabling IBG user requests.

Key Result Areas

• Maximum uptime of IBG IT security controls & meeting the ITSM SLAs.
• Administration & maintenance of Bank's IBG IT security Infrastructure.
• Proactive monitoring of IBG Firewalls/IPS and critical security components to assure service availability & detecting/identifying potential security threats.
• Compliance to Mashreq Information security policies & adherence to security baselines.
• IBG Security projects delivery/implementation.
• Technical writing. Handling migration of different secure networks and devices.
