We are looking for a highly motivated and talented supervising associate to work across a variety of sectors and service lines within the MENA Marketing team. As a supervising associate you’ll provide strong support to the MENA Marketing Leader. You will help design, develop, and manage marketing initiatives for the MENA region, specifically managing events in the UAE and providing guidance to other markets, managing webinars (both internal and external), and supporting on content development – profiles, brochures, presentations, thought leadership and newsletters.

The role will also work closely with Brand and External Communication team members to optimize content for social channels to drive revenue and protect and enhance our brand position in the market.

Success in this role will be the delivery of comprehensive, world-class marketing initiatives that deliver sustainable and measurable results.

1. Assist and manage digital events including internal and external webinars.
2. Manage physical events from start to finish, working with the business and provide branding support where needed.
3. Manage EY participation at external events and speaking opportunities in line with the BMC plan and budgets.
4. Creative writing and content editing of invitations and brochures.
5. Support content development of local thought leadership, newsletters, and presentations.
6. Assist with global thought leadership deployment and programs.
7. Lead on marketing plans and campaigns with internal and external comms.
8. Liaise effectively with the internal creative agency for creative design support.
9. Deploy CRM systems and effective use of marketing channels.
10. Develop and maintain a monthly activities calendar.
11. Develop greater understanding of EY marketing protocols – BRET, Global SCORE, event contracts, procurement procedures, sponsorships, C-event tool, EY Visual Identity guidelines, EY writing style guidelines.
12. Act as an ambassador of the MENA BMC team.

1. Excellent English and Arabic writing skills.
2. Ability to synthesize a lot of detailed information into key messages through copy editing skills.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and platforms - how to engage audiences.
4. Ability to prioritize workload and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
5. Ability to multi-task with good attention to detail even when working under pressure or on several projects simultaneously.
6. Be a team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
7. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
8. Be able to work under own initiative with minimal supervision; demonstrate reliability.
9. Good knowledge and skills concerning business fundamentals and cross-cultural sensitivities.
10. Develop knowledge of the business; actively find and participate in opportunities to learn.

1. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience).
2. Must be a UAE national.
3. 2 to 4 years’ experience in content marketing and/or written communications.
4. Experience in copy editing.
5. Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environment.
6. Experience working and delivering engaging programs within a people organization.
7. Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
8. Experience working with multiple teams and alone.
