Fashion Operations Intern - (6 months - already based in UAE)
This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The role offers full immersion into the CHANEL culture, with exposure to both head office and retail projects. The ideal intern will be forward-thinking, adaptable, and ready to take on diverse challenges within the luxury industry. A Master’s degree in Management is preferred. Reporting to the Fashion Operations Manager, you will support daily operations follow up within the Middle East market.
Internship: 6 months - Starting from May and already based in UAE.
Responsibilities:
Operations: 4 days a week
Supporting the Operations managers on deploying 3 main projects this year among all the projects that will be deployed within the region:
- Overall support on the other projects if needed such as Easy boutique, queue management tool, appointment booking tool, fixit tool.
- Being an active key contact maintaining strong communication & support to boutique teams.
- Visiting boutiques regularly (once every 2 weeks) to understand their priorities & needs, support their operational efficiency, and take feedback.
Supply Chain:
Supporting the Supply Chain Executive on the below tasks:
- Preparing customs documentation & coordination with forwarders for timely customs clearance for Dubai Duty Free weekly shipments.
- Monitoring and following up on Statement of Accounts (SOA) to Wholesale partners, customs portal, and Freight portal.
- Supporting in developing Freight dashboard and reporting data.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree profile looking for a nice experience in a dynamic team.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and reactivity are expected from the candidate.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Multi-task profile with strong adaptability, team player.
- First experience - internship in a similar role/mission would be a plus.
