Job summary
A leading aluminum systems company in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee fabrication operations in their factory. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in an aluminum factory, with strong knowledge of aluminum systems and fabrication processes. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, managing factory workers, and ensuring quality and safety compliance. This position is crucial for maintaining high production standards and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an aluminum factory.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems and fabrication processes.
- Proven hands-on production experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily aluminum fabrication and production activities.
- Manage cutting, assembly, and finishing of aluminum systems.
- Lead and monitor factory workers and production workflow.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.

Production Supervisor – Aluminum Systems
We are hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to lead aluminum systems fabrication operations in our factory.
This role is strictly for candidates with hands-on aluminum factory experience.
Applicants without aluminum systems experience will not be considered.
- Supervise daily aluminum fabrication and production activities.
- Manage cutting, assembly, and finishing of aluminum systems.
- Lead and monitor factory workers and production workflow.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and production timelines.
- Identify and resolve production and factory-related issues.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an aluminum factory.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, profiles, and fabrication processes.
- Proven hands-on production experience (mandatory).
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily factory operations.
- Strong problem-solving and operational skills.
