A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include leading production teams, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a supervisory position. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining highquality standards.
- Lead and manage production teams to meet daily weekly and monthly targets
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Manufacturing or related field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Proficient in production planning scheduling and quality control techniques
- Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Indepth knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry best practices
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality management systems
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Familiarity with industryspecific regulations and standards
