Lead Bakery Production Supervisor
Job summary
A leading bakery company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Bakery Supervisor for mass cake and pastry production. The ideal candidate will manage a production team, ensure quality control, and oversee production processes. You should have over 5 years of experience as a cake and pastry chef and a proven track record in mass production settings. Opportunities for recipe development and continuous improvement will be part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a cake and pastry chef.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a mass production environment.
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting production issues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring efficient production schedules.
