Electrical Supervisor jobs in United States

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installations and maintenance for various projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in supervising electrical works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and wiring.
• Ensure that all electrical work is carried out in compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Lead and direct a team of electricians and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and support.
• Inspect electrical installations, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maintain high-quality work.
• Monitor project schedules and coordinate with other teams to ensure timely completion of electrical work.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports including work progress, material usage, and any challenges encountered onsite.
• Conduct safety assessments and ensure all team members follow proper safety procedures and wear necessary protective equipment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure proper maintenance of tools and equipment and manage the requisition of materials.
• Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Diploma or relevant technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation processes, and safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams on construction or industrial sites.
• Experience in inspecting and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• UAE Driving License is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Certifications in electrical safety or other relevant areas.
