• Ensure guest satisfaction in accordance with Accor standards and Housekeeping procedures.
• Maintain the hotel’s cleanliness and orderliness according to Accor standards and conduct necessary inspections
• Work in coordination with the team under the direction of the department manager
• Organize and sustain in-department training programs.

• Graduate of Vocational School or University in Tourism and Hotel Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Possesses professional English
• Proficient in MS Office programs and Opera system
• Adopts a friendly and service-oriented approach
• Aims to continuously improve service quality
• Strong communication skills
• Enjoys problem-solving
• Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance
• Knowledgeable about hygiene procedures and applications
• Strong in planning, time management, and stress management
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
