Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced MEP & Civil Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works on site. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil or MEP Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and reporting project status. A competitive salary of 4000 to 5000 AED will be offered, along with various benefits such as visa and medical insurance.

Job Title: MEP & Civil Site Supervisor
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Location: UAE
Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer
- Supervise and execute MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) and civil works on site as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, shop drawings and method statements
- Monitor project progress and report site status to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and project timelines
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants for approvals
- Handle material requests, site measurements and work progress reports
- Resolve technical issues and site coordination problems
- Maintain proper site documentation and daily reports
- Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering / MEP Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant site experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Good knowledge of MEP systems civil works and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Familiar with QA/QC procedures and site safety standards
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience in MEP projects
- Knowledge of local authority requirements (Dubai / Abu Dhabi added advantage)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Salary: 4000 to 5000 As per experience
