Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
2. Oversee guest interactions to ensure a seamless experience and address any concerns promptly.
3. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain timely and accurate service.
4. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to uphold restaurant standards.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
6. Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
7. Uphold the brand's values and represent the restaurant's image and reputation professionally.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role in upscale or fine dining.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
4. Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
6. Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems is a plus.
