Serves as the team leader for the applicable store at AL TAIF TECHNICAL SERVICES LLC. Responsible for understanding the technical workflow, comprehending and advising the team on the throughput of material. Provides technical oversight on the receiving, storage and issuing (transfer) processes executed within SAP. Assists the Supervisor, Warehouse Weapons in ensuring the section follows correct and current processes and procedures. Assists in the daily execution efforts of the Clerk(s), Supply providing technical guidance. Provides coaching and technical training for Clerk(s), Supply. Helps champion customer satisfaction, and ensures that business metrics are met and maintained. Performs housekeeping duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicates respectfully with customers and colleagues. Ensures the process is maintained within the latest ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards. Learns, understands and complies with applicable health, safety and environment directives. Participates in the development of a safe and healthy working environment. Ensures compliance with all company policies, manuals, procedures and work instructions.

1. Provide oversight and assist the daily execution efforts of the assigned Clerk(s), Supply; providing technical guidance.
2. Understand and readily comprehend activities involved with store throughput operations; specifically the technical workflow.
3. Monitor and review daily operations to ensure the section is following established supply procedures.
4. Assist the Supervisor, Supply to plan, organise and execute the weekly store workload in support of customer requirements.
5. Provide coaching to the Clerk(s), Supply and help set expectations for personnel, including temporary employees.
6. Support the quality audit team with regards to both internal and external audits.
7. Review the work of the Clerk(s), Supply; documenting positive and negative results. Provide written reports to the Supervisor Warehouse, Weapons.
8. Work to remove obstacles that impede the efforts of the Clerk(s), Supply communicating directly with the Supervisor, Warehouse Weapons and the Manager, Warehouse Operations & Distribution.
9. Work with the Supervisor, Warehouse Weapons and the Manager, Warehouse Operations & Distribution to resolve internal compliance issues.
10. Act as the Supervisor as required to cover vacation and sick leave.
11. Support data entry efforts during periods of sick leave or vacation.
12. Interact with the IT Department for SAP technical support.
13. Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
14. Review and accurately complete all documentation.
15. Facilitate document control by following the document workflow process.
16. Maintain appropriate housekeeping standards as directed.
17. Be aware of the importance of physical security and the vulnerability of spares in the warehouse.
18. Perform “on-call” duties as assigned.
19. Comply with all safety, housekeeping and environmental directives.
20. Ensure all issued tools, test equipment and high-value property is maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried and safeguarded.
21. Monitor and train Clerk(s), Supply on a variety of tasks to ensure work is carried out as planned.
22. Support other members of the Warehouse Operations and Distribution Department in fulfilling their roles.
23. Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company documents.
24. Perform other duties as required by the Manager, Warehouse Operations & Distribution and Director, Supply & Material.

1. High school diploma is required.
2. A minimum of two years of experience working in the warehousing of spares and materials is preferred.
3. A minimum of one year in a supervisory position is required.
4. Previous automotive training is preferred.
5. The ability to prioritize work and remain task/project focused is an advantage.
6. Excellent analytical and organisational skills are preferred.
7. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as SAP is required.
8. The ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally is required.
9. Have, or be able to obtain a valid UAE driver’s license.
