Warehouse Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely material handling, and safe storage of raw materials and finished goods.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
2. Supervise and lead the warehouse team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety standards are met.
3. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records in coordination with the supply chain team.
4. Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
5. Oversee the proper handling, storage, and documentation of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
6. Plan, organize, and control inventory stock counts and audits.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
5. Excellent knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and logistics coordination.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
