Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager

Direct Reports: Warehouse Staff

Working Schedule: 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday)

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient processes while maintaining safety standards and on-time product delivery within a lighting company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Operations: Oversee warehouse tasks including inventory control, storage management, and order processing.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
3. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock records and ensure precise order fulfillment.
4. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and best practices.
5. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes for greater efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma required; Logistics/Supply Chain degree preferred.
2. Experience: 3 years in warehouse management, preferably within manufacturing or lighting industries.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety.
