We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure smooth logistics and inventory management. You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, managing shipments, and optimizing warehouse workflows.
- Manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate their activities to ensure efficiency.
- Implement safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to optimize warehouse processes.
- Prepare and manage stock for exhibitions, conferences, and other events, ensuring safe transportation and timely delivery.
- Oversee both hearing and optical product inventory, ensuring proper storage and handling for all items.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Technical knowledge of shipping, storage, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
