We're Hiring: Marketing Manager (Real Estate Dubai)

About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled, data-driven Marketing Manager with at least 2+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate market. This is not a social-media-only role. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands how to build and scale conversion-driven funnels, and knows how to attract, nurture, and convert quality leads.
You'll be working directly with senior leadership to craft and execute a high-impact, strategic marketing roadmap that drives real, measurable results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Technical Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage end-to-end lead generation funnels
- Design, test, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversion
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page strategies
- Manage and track paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
- Set up and optimize analytics dashboards using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and more
Performance-Driven Campaigns- Develop data-backed marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
- Create and execute segmented campaigns for buyer personas in Dubai's property market
- A/B test creatives, copy, CTAs, and layouts to continuously improve KPIs
- Lead marketing automation efforts using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
Data, Reporting & Optimization- Own the marketing KPIs from CPC and CTR to SQLs and ROI
- Produce detailed weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance
- Use heatmaps, scroll maps, and behavioral data to enhance UX and conversions
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales to ensure marketing qualifies and supports the right leads
- Liaise with designers, developers, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates
Who You Are
- Experienced: 2+ years in real estate marketing in Dubai; Proven success in technical marketing roles focused on lead generation
- Technically Sharp: Hands-on with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar, WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.; Strong understanding of SEO, conversion optimization, email automation, and funnel building
- Language Proficiency: Arabic speaker is a massive advantage (borderline a requirement); Strong written and verbal English
- Strategic + Responsible: You don't just execute, you own your results; You take initiative, hit deadlines, and always look for ways to improve and scale; Detail-oriented but capable of zooming out to see the full picture
