Job summary

A leading scaling International firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Dubai to drive HR strategies and initiatives. This pivotal role works closely with the Leadership Team, overseeing key HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and compliance with UAE labor laws. Candidates should possess 5+ years in HR management, strong communication skills, and a relevant degree. Competitive salary package including AED30k plus benefits offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR strategy in collaboration with leadership team.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee performance management and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws.
