The ideal candidate, a UAE National with a minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience in healthcare, must be proficient in DHA licensing and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. Responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, regulatory compliance, and talent development. This position offers an opportunity to shape healthcare HR practices in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • UAE National required for the position.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in healthcare, with 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Deep understanding of DHA licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic hiring initiatives for medical, nursing, and technical roles.
  • Oversee the DHA licensing process for new hires and renewals.
