The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction, transport, manufacturing, or auction industries, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within our company. - Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top-quality candidates
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related issues
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
