A leading HR services provider in Dubai seeks a Senior HR Manager to lead and manage comprehensive HR operations across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manpower outsourcing, robust knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and proven team leadership skills. This role involves ensuring compliance, leveraging AI tools, and driving operational efficiencies. The successful individual will oversee the entire employee lifecycle and act as a strategic HR partner to clients, fostering a service-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role in HR services or manpower outsourcing.
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience managing HR operations for multiple clients.

- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple client portfolios

- Oversee employee lifecycle management: onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, performance management, and offboarding
- Manage and mentor HR team members, ensuring high service standards
- Act as a strategic HR partner to clients, addressing workforce and compliance needs
- Implement and optimize HR systems, AI tools, and digital workflows to improve efficiency
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as required
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role in HR services or manpower outsourcing
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience managing HR operations for multiple clients
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management skills
- Comfortable using AI-driven tools, HRIS, and modern HR technologies
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
