One of the leading clients in the laboratory and quality control sector is seeking a QC Technician to ensure product quality, maintain compliance, and support smooth laboratory operations.

Position Title: QC Technician

Location: Dubai

Salary:6000K-8000K

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in quality control or laboratory operations within a manufacturing environment

Special Mention:

• The QC technician position requires regular standing.
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
• The QC technician will work in the laboratory area, which requires maintaining a high degree of cleanliness and safety.

• Operate laboratory instruments such as microscopes, moisture testers, MFI testers, and FTIR analyzers.
• Ensure production standards are met concerning customer orders, quality, and safety compliance.
• Follow up on supplier complaints and prepare daily/weekly reports related to quality controls performed.
• Coordinate with shifts to ensure product quality and maintain production schedules.
• Communicate effectively with departments involved in maintaining product quality.
• Ensure production systems, documentation, and processes comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Establish and enforce organizational quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot production-related issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean laboratory environment by educating personnel on safety procedures.
• Investigate and report incidents in laboratory activities, ensuring timely completion and communication of safety and incident reports.
• Adhere to organizational policies and applicable laws while performing responsibilities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned based on evolving company needs.

• Technician's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or an equivalent career degree.

• Minimum 2 years in quality control, laboratory operations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and basic chemical equipment.

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, both basic and advanced.
• Proficiency in interpreting laboratory procedures and governmental regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity for handling sensitive information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Highly motivated with attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and adaptability to dynamic environments.
